This year for Father's Day Angie, Rick, Gary and I took a trip out to Chicago to see my dad and Lynn. We had so much fun and did so much while we were there. We went into the city a few times. Thursday the 4 of us went to the Science and Industry Museum and then walked Michigan Ave. Friday Dad got us all tickets to the Cubs game. It totally down poured all morning that day and even once we got there. The game was delayed an hour but still happened. We got absolutely soaked walking over from the parking to the field which is literally one block away. Like I said it down poured. It was fun still though! Saturday we kind of all went our seperate ways for a few hours. Gary and I went to Naperville and they had a really cute Riverwalk and paddle boats. We had fun. That night we had the best pizza ever -
Salernos! Love it! Sunday was Father's day and Dad and Lynn of course put on the best BBQ ever! YUM.. we got to see all the family and visit with everone. It was so nice. That night our cousin Kara drove the 4 of us downtown and we got to walk Navy Pier and drive the city. We had a good time. It was nice to celebrate Father's day with dad! Love you!!!
